Shipping & Returns
We have the most recognized international transport companies for our shipments, therefore our company is not responsible for any delay during delivery, as they are beyond our control.
The transport of the merchandise will be paid by our company as long as they are commercial operations of an amount equal to or greater than 6000 dollars or 6000 €. For amounts between 3000 and 6000 $ / € the shipment will be paid 50% between the client and our company. For orders less than $ / € 3,000, shipping will always be paid by the customer including said expense in the invoice that is issued.
Import duties for the merchandise will be paid by the customer in all cases.
In case of total or partial loss or theft of merchandise sent and insured by our company, claims will not be accepted if the shipment has been accepted in accordance and the incident has not been reported to the company responsible for the transport at the time of delivery.
Once the merchandise is received by the customer, a period of 15 days is granted for any claim related to manufacturing defects, non-conformity with the merchandise received, damages suffered during transport, etc. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
Returns of merchandise with obvious signs of abuse or misuse will not be accepted.
